Women Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business Development: Key Findings from a SWOT–AHP Analysis

This study highlights the perception of women entrepreneurs in Romania regarding specific drivers for a sustainable business model. uses SWOT–AHP method to assess importance different factors that enforce or create barriers success entrepreneurial activities. SWOT analysis was conducted based on an extended literature review. An external expert risk assessed analysis’ four dimensions—criteria. AHP survey 10 evaluate impact each identified factor sustaining discouraging their model (SBM). The main results present practical implications useful designing gender-balanced environment. In final part, paper discusses women’s preference model, perceived gender-related stereotypes development models, and relevance new digital economy trend Romanian entrepreneurship.
